BP wants us not to advertise in forums so, Mr Roberts, I can only say that we have such an operation but,  on the Model of "Mercy Housing".  

Just like classic advertising, the more eyes on your product the better!

My agent said that they advertise on social media - but he did not and it seems they do not.

People are worried about vacancy, right time for advertising, competition with higher end building developing in the area, not so good reputation of the area…I have not read any problem about students not paying rents. 

You can see what is advertised, but there is no record of what things are actually renting for.

Talk to your accountant about how he wants it all broken out. but you can put a note on there cap ex, repair, lawn care, advertising, utilities, etc. 

I don't know anyone that has a list of their ammo.Just advertise that you don't rent to gun owners and don't worry about the form.

They are not electronic or digital, can’t be bumped, and very reasonable.

Check with both an attorney and CPA before taking this suggestion.Be careful who you listen to, some folks are only on this site to advertise there services and don't know what they are talking about.
