Do you have a lawyer that can advise you?

(pretty bad legal advice coming from a lawyer, i know)....but the truth is...there are alot of things that are against the law....that either never get enforced....or even if they were enforced...can easily be remedied.

I spoke with a lawyer in regards to the idea of "wholesaling" properties and his take was to just write an option contract outright rather than create what is essentially an option contract by including an escape clause.

wouldnt i need a good understanding of most topics inorder to use the strategies effectively?

Firsts are generally not effected by 2nds foreclosing, btw.You have tremendous power at the moment, having a lender with no expectation of getting paid, ever.

In a highly pragmatic way, that is one of the very few redeeming qualities I see in him - he made himself rich through effectively using the system.

If nothing else, you should be able to find one you can modify.You can have a lawyer draft one.You can buy a course on wholesaling, which will usually contain forms.

I have heard I should buy from wholesalers ....I have heard I should hire bird dogs....I have heard I should go to auctions....I have heard I should buy from lawyers who do loan mediation...I have heard a lot of things BUT what is the best way to go about getting the best deal ?????????????????????????

Plus it would not be cost effective either.
