Hey I just booked my flight to Puerto Plata in DR. i wanted to hear what other peoples experiences have been visiting this country.

If they are an existing tenant and have a drain clog, it's most likely due to hair from thier time in the property.

But in reality, people are holding onto their rates and not selling, drying up our inventory.Demand is still way down, but supply can't keep up.No one know what will actually happen.

Is it just me, or does it seem like the NJ discussion is drying up?

@David Avery Large part of the ceiling alittle less than half is damaged Dry wall is old and just crumbles when removed I think it’s easier to just remove all drywall on ceiling Then try to square it up and have to mud the old with the new ??

When water dries up development is limited.I saw a report on TV where a weatherman was saying Texas is in line for a drought cycle for up to 10 years out worse case.It seems like if your state could just get the rain other states have too much of you would be doing really well.

We now have a nail technician, esthetician renting the studio, massage therapist, hair stylist, and both apartments rented.  

We wiped the cabinets down with a damp rag after sanding and allowed to dry.
