They should be able to run a remote test.Many have an app where you can remotely check your upload and download speeds.Beyond that get a wifi mesh system to boost the wifi signal in the house.

I hope this means Raleigh is on it's way to becoming more developer/builder friendly for interior lot builds and shortens the approval process dramatically to where it's actually worth executing a project like the small lot options.

If this is the case, when repairs are really required, the community does not have the funds, and they are required to raise the association fee more dramatically to cover those repairs (in addition to possibly an assessment).When you purchase in an association, you really need to perform due diligence on both the unit and the HOA.
