Mint downloaded them all but some how made my HELOC a credit card account.Also one of my Mortgage companies will not allow Mint to access my info.It allows rental income and Pension income to work very well in the Budget.However, Rental mortgages and expenses have to be entered under Misc Expenses which is somewhat limiting. 

If you download the Meetup app there are plenty of Philly based groups.

You can use the local property lookup site for each property OR download Google EarthPro and then purchase Parlay 2.0 - which will allow you to type in an address and then click on icon and it shows the owner of that property. 

Thanks realtor cost, docs,etc when selling , he put at 10%,usually I just put 7% personally.Yea you should use excel like what James shared prior to investing.Also you need to download mortgage amortization period excel sheet as well.

Does anyone have any advice about downloading the BP podcasts?  

There are a lot of different ways to look at potential properties, so always take them with a little grain of salt.That said, I uploaded mine so feel free to download it for your use or to critique it.
