One seller I spoke with noted they were seeing a 10-15% reduction in pricing - but for me, based on some offers I have made, I have not seen much discount (which just means I am not buying if my price is not right).I am curious on how other active note investors have seen the market so far.

@Theresa Harris I thought it was silly too and a bit mean actually because the previous owner mentioned how she waved the late rent fee a couple of times for them and even gave them a discount on the rent at move-in, 1075 instead of 1200 for a 2bed 1ba in this area. 2 days worth of rent was about $75

I know there are a lot of buyers out there who think they're going to get a steep discount, but at least in the near term, it's still a seller's market from what I'm seeing.

I'm finding that many sellers aren't discounting right now because there is stimulus monies coming in and April ended up being a good month for them. 

My wife’s family have gone through Boise Credit Union for approval of loans, but I want to be open for shopping around for the right loan and get straight through the process to start the search for homes!

I have an opportunity to purchase a lot in Jamaica Beach at (what I think) is a discounted price from a family member.

Once you have found your ideal base rate, the tool will increase your rates according to demand, and do last-minute discounts etc...The most valuable feature for me is the ability to dynamically adjust your minimum stays to close gaps or to get extra bookings when time is running out.
