Any good Landlord apps out there?

Hello,  ive been using ez landlord forms for about 10 years. what else is out there? I like the e signature on the leases they have but is there anything else that also allows Tennant's to pay with credit cards or just online? Thanks

They provide several features such as online lease signing, like you mentioned, along with customizable options to set up your lease templates. You can also make use of their online rent payments feature, allowing your tenants to make payments via eCheck, credit and debit cards.
