@Ram Batchu can you describe a bit more fully what the situation is?  

@Jeff Rabinowitz wrote a blog post where he describes how he invited the local fire dept to burn his house down for training purposes, and if I remember correctly they also cleared the plot afterwards at their expense. 

The strategy you’re describing is a good one one, but it only really works in the markets where it’s cheaper (month to month) to own rather than rent.

Normally I don’t think I’d worry about the state of someone’s relationship as a factor, however he is a trucker, and his employer described him as a partner in the company, and said they work with his wife just as much as him.

Ive seen several of your posts describing your situation.

In the end I decided go with the method I described above since it was permitted.

The place was a mess and she described it as uninhabitable.

And for some people that is fine.I hope this makes sense how I am describing it.
