Most of the investors I work with in Delaware county & chester county use multiple sources. 1) Helco 2) 401k 3) Saving 4) Partnership deal.

We live in Del Rio, TX (down by the border; about a 6 hour drive from Dallas, TX).  

In one Delaware Statutory Trust, the properties are located across different states (Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee).

Looking to find a coach in Delaware  to help me learn a little more and grow as a wholesaler I am brand new to wholesaling I know the basics but still have a few questions and could use some more education on wholesaling from an expert.

I currently have one 4 unit and 2 single family rental units in the Windsor Ontario Canada area, ( which borders Detroit Michigan) for those unaware of my location.
