What markets in Ohio are a good place to buy an Investment property? Sandusky, Cleveland, Lexington, etc.

It depends on what you are looking for. Your "3 C's" of Cleveland/Columbus/Cincinnati are the biggest markets, with tertiary markets of Toledo, Akron, and Dayton. If you're looking for appreciation, Columbus followed by parts of Cleveland/Cincy are your best bet, but the price of entry is the higher. Toledo/Akron/Dayton are more your cash flow markets with much lower entry points.
