Also we all study different courses and read different books on wholesaling.And no my assignment fee is not alway's $5k is $5k per each $100k.Im in California where prices are pretty darn high.Investor's here in my area just want there $70k profit free and clear of everything so i have to find creative way's to add my assignment fee.Hope this helps...Happy Hunting..

I will update once I have this one read.One I just finished and recommend is by Rich Weese and is "From Janitor to Multi-Millionaire" was a great read on how he made it big and gets your to open your mind to being creative in your deals.
