Hello everyone, im a newbie investor in Chicago that is starting to wholesale I understand most of the wholesaling process and just have one question to ask.

As a landlord here in Miami the problem is not so much the Section 8 process or any other housing authority. 

Generally speaking, my primary interest is in BRRRR or fix and flip, and I verrry much want to be in the trenches on reno and commit my time to the process fully. 

You gave me a different thought process on it. gathering and researching different states, Im utilizing zillow and redfin just loooking.What would be better to start off.

Once someone applies, stick to your criteria and update it the next time around.If you don't want bankruptcy, make it a pass/fail on your screening process before you advertise the next vacancy.

I want to find some traction that works for me and just follow the process over and over again until I reach that financial freedom goal, by age 45.
