There are several comments above explaining many of the issues, so I'll spare you the rant.

I have one additional comment: If you're in a position to lose leads that easily then I'd revisit the value you offer to clients.

Feel free to comment, this is more of a brainstorm thread, so i and other real estate investors have more options to think of when funding a deal.

Focus on properties you like to get a snapshot of taxes, association fees and also read the comments.

Looks like requests for public comments end today on regulators deciding whether private flood insurance can meet the mortgage requirement for flood insurance.
