Try getting all of that with other types of investments...with leverage to boot!

You can do a few thing to combat this. 1) simply don't worry about it, it doesn't happen that often.

Glad I dodged the bullet on that one, then inspector came back with roof problem, needed new ac and duct work to combat mold issues....
