A reputable public adjuster will work with you on a contingency basis either for a percentage of the entire claim (if they work with you from the beginning) or on an "over and above" basis if you hire them if you've received a substantial amount that is still too low. 

As far as the Las Vegas population trends, depending on which study you choose to believe, Las Vegas' population is projected to increase by 1% to 2% per year for the foreseeable future.

You'll likely have to work harder than some (to keep from being taken advantage of) until you've built your reputation, but you are in the right place.

Your standard florida bar contract even has a section where you can choose if you want your contract to be assignable or bound to one individual.
