I've got it re-posted right now on at $25k and have had several responses- with only pictures up of the already remodeled kitchen (I'm doing the remaining updates this weekend and will post more pictures and on more sites on Monday) @John Arendsen I considered and was aware of the limited pool of people for selling- however a lot of the better deals are in 55+ communities...because the children inherit the home, can't live in it, and just want it gone.
