They aren't able to provide the type of awards they were previously providing to folks.

Just from my experience, never trust the cash flow numbers. 

As @Chris Seveney noted, the bank won't provide you any info.

After everything was said and done, it wouldn't have cash flowed.

Just trying to get a better idea as to what the financing process was like for you experienced investors, that did not do all cash.

So although the common wisdom or recommendation is to talk to a lawyer (which I did) I'm getting conflicting advice on this whole issue of Wyoming LLCs and the level of protection and anonymity they actually provide. 

Getting money after you have a number of flips under your belt can be fairly easy and all the higher volume and/or higher dollar flippers we know eventually run out of cash.
