In the area around my school, there are mainly single family homes with a few large multiplex, but there's alot of demand for students wanting to find houses they can rent and live in off campus rather than in an apartment complex, which is where this opportunity arose and specifically there are 3-4 new single family properties with the same owner very close to campus and all right next to each other that I would like to take advantage of as this would almost act as a "row" of student housing and be far more attractive than homes spread out around the area.
