I instructed my property manager to call me the moment she gets a complaint from anyone there.

I've let it rest for the moment, only so much time and so many projects.

Right next door is a beautiful prefab.

Again, I know I'll be missing some opportunities to capture leads, but that's how it is for the moment.Also at the moment, I don't have a long form style property submission form.

Then for the 10 seconds I'm actually riding the wave, I'm completely in the moment and all my senses are firing as I ride the energy of the swell.If I could stay in the water forever I would, however I believe that God has given me certain talents and capabilities which I have the responsibility to use to make the world a better place.

And yes some of this is driven by artificially low interest rates but consider if you will for a moment this thought: What if the Fed really is trapped holding interest rates at 0% for a lot longer than 'everybody' believes?

Since I am not depreciating from the moment I bought, but only starting several years later, is my depreciation basis the original sale price or the fair market value as appraised by an appraiser as of the date I begin renting it?

My main focus for investing at the moment is wholesaling, and I am looking to make some deals in my area.
