If you actually want to be a successful wholesaler you will need to nail down repair estimates for every part of the home, mechanical expenses, as well as ARV.

Floors, walls, doors, ceilings, cupboards, vents in the systems (mechanicals)  etc...Everywhere.

I'm an aircraft mechanic by trade and have a great retirement through my job but I don't want to work the next 40 years to enjoy 20 years of retirement.

I've looked at REI meetups as a resource but it appears that mechanism is lacking.

The value being added to the home is extensive, first a complete full gut of the interior, all mechanicals + cosmetics.
