Many successful RE investors use OPM to grow their wealth along with those investors.

So as of now, it looks like my first investment property is a real success.

You have to remember that this is a BUSINESS but you also have to remember that it takes relationship building to run a successful one. 

My question is, is it realistic to be successful operating only as a Listing Agent?

There are plenty of ways and I have found the most success on Facebook investor group pages for the local and surrounding cities you are working in.Cheers to your success!

It makes sense how agents would tire of this and I would want to respect their time as I am new to the investing world and I would like to make low ball offers to ensure my first deal is a successful one.
