New To Wholesaling and I have a Question

Steven L Haymon
Posted
Good Evening, I want to get into wholesaling houses but I can't figure out a piece of the puzzle, how do I go about finding buyers for my wholesale properties? I have heard some people list on Craigslist but I wanted multiple avenues to get the most eyes available on the property. Can someone provide some advice please? I will be in the Columbus, Ohio market if that helps.

Attend all your local investor groups. You can find them through MeetUp.com and NationalREIA.org

The locals are the ones you will sell to and even buy from.

And call all the local bandit signs that you see. Those we buy houses people are your clients!
