Spent most of my life in Las Vegas.

Do not expect Scott Yancy as you will just get some really heavy duty sales pitch from those "licenses" to use his name.It disgusted me when they were telling people that if they wanted to to really get into real estate they should call their credit card companies and expand limits to barrow cash to give to them for a guaranteed real estate purchase trip in Vegas.

I believe I have an extraordinary talent in the construction realm and I can push myself to be an amazing investor with the proper coaching, mentor and education on the topics.I look forward to opening my own firm some day and giving back to the community in which I helped reshape.

I work full time as a corporate sales rep and also have a health and fitness/coaching business on the side.  

Beware of half cocked gurus, mentors, coaches or whatever they might go by.

Been living in Las Vegas for about two years .

It's made for a busy year and more to come, but i'm hopeful that it will lead to financial freedom and work flexibility in the future when I'm coaching all of my kids' sports teams at the same time!
