Hi my name is Pete! I have been in the construction industry for the last 18 years. I specialize in SFR, insurance restoration, construction defect and remodel. Recently I have been drawn into the world of investing and I am doing anything and everything I can to learn the ropes and how to structure a deal from flip, buy, hold, wholesaling, rental etc. I believe I have an extraordinary talent in the construction realm and I can push myself to be an amazing investor with the proper coaching, mentor and education on the topics.

I look forward to opening my own firm some day and giving back to the community in which I helped reshape.
