If in rolls, simply removing the droppings with a vacuum will do the trick.

My quick trick to get a basic idea is to just google the address and see how many hits it gets that refer to it as being for rent.

There are no fancy tricks involved.

To me this seems like you're either trying to convince someone you are doing the right thing or work for this company and want everyone to believe that everyones investments will be just as good.I'm not saying you shouldn't spread your success but I don't want to trick people into thinking any investment is all roses, especially cheap houses.

Perot family I would guess are one of the largest real estate developers in the country, but they're not the type of people to put their name on everything so you don't always know.I think the trick for you is buying a 3-4plex.
