Does anyone have insurance recommendations on obtaining insurance on a boat mini storage building out of New Orleans?

I'm a Short Term Rental Investor with no commercial real estate experience.Looking at an RV Storage Facility and hoping to get some help with how to analyze/underwrite. 

'Syndication' usually conjures to mind images of apartment or self storage syndication, rentable commercial assets. 

I have a nice yard and am considering buying decent sized sheds and placing them in the yard for storage and renting them out. 

Also MA is a very tenant friendly state, it can take 6 months to evict and once you do get them out, you have to pay for a storage facility for them for a year.

Other types pf property are Retail, Warehouse, industrial, office, storage, or mobile home parks as well as others.

Office, industrial, apartments, storage, mixed use, something else? 

He previously had been renting the unit and using the back yard space as a storage space for work equipment, this was a large portion of the parking area and yard about a 25'x 45' area.

Hi Joseph,Maybe get with a local Architect, and have him/her walk the lot with you and then go from there.You and your wife will probably be very happy and exited after this, plus you might get some cost figures (maybe).Maybe think about a basement, as a storm shelter, play place for the kids and storage area.Texas is not a big basement area, but having one with the outside walk up might really make your new place special.Just my 2 cents.
