Hello, I am starting out my LLC with the end goal of eventually owning multiple properties under it.

If you can find them, you can find a funder interested in those notes, earning fees that way, thereby amassing capital with which to eventually buy your own notes to hold or resell or parlay into other assets.

Eventually it is going to bite you in the a** and it will be too late for you to recover.

For the one's that last eventually they tire of that and understand the dynamics of moving up.

IMO this creates an interesting effect where people who want to live closer to downtown are getting pushed increasingly further out to other Detroit neighborhoods while you have people who want to be in the suburbs who will (again, IMO) eventually start buying into Detroit neighborhoods. 

From my experience if they are paying the fee themselves and have no other option, they will resent you and that can eventually cause problems. 

You can choose the middle package and eventually upgrade to advanced if you ever feel like it would benefit you.

They may take a payment or two until the paperwork catches up but eventually, they'll stop, reject, and start their own foreclosure.

If you're going to eventually syndicate deals you may want to look into a calculator that can handle that.  

Eventually there WILL be someone better than you.
