Now, if we do it again and again, we will need to 1099 the contractors, since we will be looked at by the IRS as an actual business........Regular home owners who hire contractors to work at their home, doing home improvements, do not need to 1099 them at all in North Carolina where we live.Thanks!

From what I understand, if I try to buy another house at the end of 2017, the bank will look as if I was paying a mortgage on both homes and I work a regular 9-5 so my Debt to Income ratio won't be able to carry that.

Loan, Appraisal. legal kind of questions which realtors will not answer as they do not have the license and are not qualified to ans.I suggest you actually go a license exam school at night or weekend where you have interaction from instructor who can help you passing the test.
