Here are some pros and cons that I learned:Pros: - Most big builders provide health insurance and 401k- You know you are going to get listings.- Usually you would get a salary plus a commission although the commission is normally less than 3%.- As their agent, you dont personally pay for marketing.

Time and again people in the groups don't seem to understand the long term economics of all the money printing, government starting up companies that are taking loans from the fed to purchase other publicly traded companies and all of this on top of the viral issue.There is no playbook.

Payroll for company includes wages, salary, comission, vacation, health care paid by employer and half of fica, futa, state tax, etc.
