It happens more than one thinks but like we have all said it is finding that right fit... and mass media late night TV reality star's are not going to give you the one on one.. its simply a business that is run by marketing companies in Utah that are very good at what they do..

Be creative and commit...the answer always appears.Your wife has you well trained in how to play guessing games...A TV RE guru would say as much.

The system I use is the public media; TV, radio, direct mail, branding and using the right message.The best leads you can work on are those who call you directly to buy their property (houses, commercial or non-conforming)There are lots of motivated and distressed owners of real estate who prefer not listing their property with a real estate company for month only to find out that they are represented by amateurs in the business, they don't want to call on a bandit signs hanging on a public telephone pole to talk to a bottom feeding equity predator, they laugh their butts off reading "I want to buy your property, written child like on YELLOW PAPER.I have been doing well finding these folks (they finding me) with real desires, real financial issues, sincere sellers with problems.  

It's not like evicting a tenant in one of your trap houses on the wrong side of town - make a few phone calls and the sheriff is over there throwing their console TV onto the lawn.

Of course the padding and carpet have absorbed it, but on pressing dry towels to it, I am pulling some moisture out.Do I let that air dry, put a fan on it, aim a space heater at it, pull the carpet and pad back, what?

Matt Devincenzo We will be hard pressed to keep our nosey neighbors from telling any new tenants that we are the owners, but you are totally correct in that it really is just our personalities that allows that to annoy us.

I highly recommend you put no value in the real estate TV programs.
