There is some case law but little case law as compares to actual practice.  

If I give you one it may be looked at as I'm "practicing" law.

The Realtor and client went out to look at it & They offered 120K, I explained I had it on contract for 125 so I wud take 130K.They came back with 128K offer.Now I shud be happy to make 3 Grand for doing practically nothing, but, I want more, cuz why, why not?

@Stanley Okazaki Not sure what your screening process is, but there were a few good suggestions you should use moving forward from @Dan Perrott and @Alberto De jesusYou should also have screening criteria somewhere in case you're accused of discriminatory practices.

@James ParkI give Harry Dent credit for his call on the deflationary downturn he saw some coming between 2008-2009 which he predicted this back in 1998,But Harry based that prediction on changing demographics not imprudent financing and lending practices.

Technically this is possible, however, practically the chances are that no bank or other institution will issue a credit to an entity (your IRA LLC) which has no credit history.
