I just came across this forum and thought I'd post this and get thoughts on if the I made the right move with the purchase of townhomes and what my other options are. 

Salina, I am searching Google on the similar situation in MA for one of my rental unit, your post popped up.

I am currently in my first year of my W2 job (post graduation), and after a year of listening to Bigger Pockets, getting my real estate license, and allocating funds, I have finally decided to dive head first into my first investment.

Hi Boffill, since you're out of state and in person events to find PMs may be difficult I'd suggest also posting in the classified section of Bigger Pockets to see if you can find someone good that can help!

Last tenants claimed they "did not smoke anything at all" but when we posted their 3-day notice, the pot smell was lurking out from under the front door. 

the lehigh valley has had pretty consistent population growth over the past few decades, even post COVID. 

We also went on Facebook and made several posts in different groups.
