There are several other areas too (Medical Center, East Side & Baytown) but this area from 59 (Kingwood) to I10 (Katy) all along the Grand Parkway  is an investors dream.

I'd need to acquire/build the following (local zoning and permitting allowing):-A 10-15 acre parcel-Main gated entrance with office building nurse's station and leasing offices-Possibly a second gated entrance at the opposite end for emergency services-A common area with garden surrounded by a circle of buildings including a dining hall, cafe, "office building" (fake offices with toy phones, etc), small movie theater and a rec center-A large, two story apartment building with medical facility (for those with late stage conditions)-Two small "suburbs" of tiny homes for higher functioning residents (stand alone studio apartments with no kitchen for safety reasons).

So, for new agents sometimes it's a bit vacant to just try to connect via Workplace, but it works for the modern multi-hypenate or tech-centered agent.

On the outer boundaries of those downtown hubs has been the growth of business centers such as Westshore in Tampa and Carillon/Gateway of North St.

She has been designing sets in high school and working at Hale center part time. she's a little touchy about finances when i want to explore it with her.

I just search on the Airbnb app - I stick in a town, and see if they have any, and how close to town center they are = )It's not a sure-fire thing, but a good first step before pulling ordinances or call the town hall = )
