You can get business liability insurance for your LLC and you want to maintain good personal coverage and have an umbrella policy, though in my experience they limit the number of covered rentals and won't extend coverage to being sued personally for business activities (i.e. stuff you LLC does).As for an LLC you should get the same protection regardless of what state you set it up in as long as you maintain it correctly.

According to the FHA web site: “You may buy a home or do a refinance mortgage using FHA loans two years after the date of discharge for a bankruptcy, assuming that you have maintained perfect credit since the bankruptcy discharge with a FHA streamline refinance loan.”So if you’re in bankruptcy, and still want to buy a house, keep your chin up.

The structure was all wood except for the asphalt-on-cardboard roof, which had already half fallen down, Wood is generally not good in Florida.Then of course the City sent us a bill for the demolition costs they had incurred.

I'm trying to figure out what my dues would be on a monthly / yearly basis to maintain my license and purchase access to the MLS.I tried doing a search online and I couldn't find any true numbers.
