What should a new investor invest in? (Real Estate)

Hi everyone,

I found this web through a friend and I finally found my community! I passionate about investing in real estate and running towards my goal of being financially free. I'm a new investor who is looking forward on meeting great people to do deals together, any tips for a new investor? Or things I should look out for?

Thanks, Andre Mattos

@Andre Mattos

The first thing you need to do is identify what it is you want and can to do. Identify the reason you want to be an REI. Then review your resources so you know the tools you have and what you might need assistance with. When you identify this this should point you in a direction of what style of REI works best with your lifestyle you currently have.

The bottom line every move you makes needs to be with integrity. It is a small community, your word is everything. Be honest with your assessment of yourself, and maintain it through whatever path of REI you venture into. Hope this helps.

If you don't know what paths are available A great resource is the Ultimate Beginners Guide here on the site.
