Here is a list of groups that meet in the area.I'd probably suggest dfwreiclub.com---normally Saturday mornings.IMPACT LIVE seems to be a franchise so several groups around. 

You can google the national gypsum association, USG, or UL listing for 1-hour rated assemblies.

Listing in the spring helps.

I am on the list for a few areas with a larger wholesaling company (New Western). 

@Brianna Johnson I've found the easiest way to see what your market is offering is to hop on Zillow and see what other listings look like and/or FB marketplace that are comparable to what your property is.  

We lease a small commercial space to a non-profit to use for their thrift shop.

Even a flip which is "fast" takes about 6 months (searching, finding, financing, rehabbing, listing, selling).
