A person who invents something can sit back and collect passive income but they too had to put in initial time and effort developing the product, get a patent etc.

It's hard to tell if Armando is just making tv or if he really is a genuine sleaze, but either way I'd take my $750 and spend it on pretty much anything else...BP is already making you money by saving you money!

We get lots of wholesalers contacting us [...] in an effort to add our licensees to their buyer's list.

Finally, March went out like a lion with another 12" of wet, heavy snow on the 31st.Our April Fool's joke this morning was waking to another 12-14" of fresh snow this morning.We have 2+ story snow piles at three of our properties and have two loads of snow hauled away from other properties where there simply was no more space.Factoring in today's efforts, our snow removal costs this winter are just over 3800.00 ... and that is not counting the pass through clearing at our SFHs when the tenants called to surrender to Old Man Winter.

I only had one contractor who failed to show for days, I always hold the purse and if delays put me off into another market period, like winter, I'll start zapping the pocket, if they walk off, they get to pay the next contractor (if its worth the effort).

I find out what help they need and I genuinely help them.

This usually just simply means someone went to the effort to place the property in a trust, to avoid probate upon the owner's death, at sometime in the future.  

How much time and effort am I prepared to dedicate to this?

Also, a "For Rent" sign signals that the unit is empty and could make it more prone to vandalism.Do telephone screening before making the time and effort to show a property.
