Maybe we could meet up, pick each others brain & hopefully help each other out to become successful at this real estate game.  

That hasn't stopped anybody around here, but once rules come out, the city could try and enforce them.I don't do short term rentals, so I can not speak to how these go.  

Does not having the ability to close make the contract non-enforceable since you can't hold up your end of the contract.

Only with good communication can your real estate business run well and keep you and your tenants happy.When I am screening out PM’s before I invest in a new area I expect the PM to be on their “A” game and be in constant conversation with me because he wants to get my business.

The best thing you can do when you are first starting out is to team up with a mentor to get some skin in the game for your first few deals.
