Denver Landlords-Do You Allow Pets?

Hi BP!

I'm pretty new to the real estate game, but I've been a landlord for about two years. We have two rentals (condos) in the Denver area. I need new tenants in one of them this summer. So far I have not allowed pets, and never had a problem with getting great tenants. But I am wondering if I am limiting my potential tenant pool? As everyone knows, Denverites love their dogs!

What do you guys do? What do you charge for extra deposit and pet rent?
