There're two type of asset from collateral asset perspective:- with asset that's depreciating : eg: car, washer dryer, computer,etc- with asset that's appreciating: SF,MF, storage, auto garage shop,etc.

In addition to using "creative finance" with SFHs, I also invest in funds that have diverse asset classes IE. self storage, RV parks, mobile home parks, performing and non performing notes.
