Made me A LOT more organized, and helped me realize that the best way for me to get a project done was not by keeping my focus on the big picture (I do that easily) but by figuring out what the most miniscule next "action step" was and focus on just that.

That would essentially double your lending power right?

Although it will definitely be harder to make a decision on a house (if the pictures are non-existent of sub-par quality), you can still run a lot of the numbers or get someone to do it for you. 

Going to need more information and pictures to even venture a guess.  

If the house is a real mess and most of them are, I will send pictures of the property along with my fix up list. 

@Frank CasiThis isn't really a directly answer to your question, but I would highly encourage you to double-check all of the numbers/calculations yourself and not base any decisions based on what you see posted on others' websites.

Not just on mls but actually driving to the properties and taking pictures.

As far as the listing agent...this person was just hoping to capitalize on double ending the deal.
