I found a reference on here that said these were a good source for finding your basic prices/sqft. Who has used these and how accurate have you found them to be? Property Shark looks really interesting as far as what you can get with the paid subscription and the full report etc. however if the info isn't very good then it would be a huge waste of money

Can someone please shed some light for me
