I have my own dedicated server in a data center. 

I also heard of a few other sites since this forum has started and will explore that as well. 

For those of you with a buy & hold strategy and aren't afraid of MFRs, considering the below data, would you move forward with this opportunity or not?

This industry has a lot of opportunity for people who can process data and information, quickly.

I look forward to making connections and exploring opportinities.  

I believe the license is worth it's cost just for access to the MLS and the data on solds and comps.

There are a lot of things to consider of course but generally speaking, do you guys use software from websites like zilpy.com or do you just make some phone calls, gather data, and put it all together to get your stats?

There is simply no substitute for unfiltered real time data from the people who are causing the trends.
