Newbie - Oklahoma Transplant in Chicago

Hello, Everyone - My name Is Cory Bagby and I am new to BP.  I currently live in Chicago, but I am originally from the Oklahoma City metro area.  I purchased a two flat in Chicago in December, 2013, and I am renting out the second floor. I hope to learn from the collective expertise of the members on BP.  Ultimately, I would like build a real estate investment portfolio using a buy and hold strategy in the Oklahoma City and Chicago areas.  I do have a full time job as an attorney, so my initial efforts will be limited to passive - or at least somewhat passive - investments.  I look forward to making connections and exploring opportinities.  Thank you!  Cory
