I was speaking with them about the rental guarantee and it is by a third party insurance company which I found unique but interesting being that I would be an absentee investor sounds like a good marketing tool for the investor that is just getting into turnkey.

Hey @Robert Blazer IV, for first starting out, I used some BRRRR tools that Adam Jason put together.

HMLs are a very useful tool for acquiring property as the likelihood of getting the loan is higher.

The tools can disappear--it is harder to hide a house.

Pick one investment tool.

This is a great tip; as a newbie to google's cloud based suite of tools it opened my eyes to some possibilities I hadn't realized before.Something I discovered is that you can add additional columns to the spreadsheet to perform calculations on the values submitted from the form.
