hello folksI just start my first house flipping project and really need some good/cheap tiling guy, painter, etc. the tiling quote I got is about $3 a sqft labor only. for painter, I got $4,500 quote for a 2 story 1950 sqft house for all walls, ceilings, doors and trims. are the numbers seem right?

I just love the color of the walls.

Was reading some old post about the walls caving in on people when going deep like that.  

Paint the basement floors(gray is nice) and walls(white) (use DryLok on the walls) and spray paint the ceiling with flat black.  

@Costel A.As usual, the advice provided by a Wall Street firm is missing the point.  

They do not chop up the walls at all.
