You will, however, have to pay taxes on the depreciation taken since you moved out.If you moved into Property B and then lived 2+ years there before it was sold - then Property B also qualifies for the exclusion.

There might be some legitimate reason why that happened (a lender hopefully will chime in on this thread to provide insight), however if so, the lender should be able to just explain to your and your client why that is.What I would really want to know would be a) what was the original agreement between the buyer and the lender, and b) why is it not reflected in the fee estimate?

Don although I like to go for the google jugular (bad review), as does @Karl B., you have to be very careful, as anything that is not factual will probably be called libel and that can get you sued.
