i have been looking, studing, talking with different investors, reading the hype about all the great deals and success stories believing that an honest effort as an honest man would prove honest result. very frustrated with hearing "we cannot help you with this investment, the purchase amount is too low for the amount of fees," "our minimum loan is $50000," or " you need to forget that market" because the realtor is not making enough profit off the sell.
