It makes one take for granted how easy and cheap upgrading a kitchen is if they are not paying a electrician $75 an hr to run the wires, usually costing as much or moe than some of the appliances!

alright I am looking to update the way i handle my accounting.. currently i use the old spreadsheet way of keeping track and it is quite taxing so i would like to upgrade, but not at a HUGE price as i am just starting out.. maybe a program that will allow you to upgrade as you purchase more.. anyway came across a site called rent yield.. has anyone heard of it?
