Seriously though you're ahead of the game compared to most Americans, who rent forever and keep credit card debit/never save. 

Trade business cards or whatever but leave your wallet at home.Join up with some local investor meetups.

Consider this-- if credit card balance transfers really worked to eliminate debt, would credit card companies offer them? 

I acquired some business credit cards but have been denied left and right for home renovation and personal loans.Unit is old (think pink & blue bathroom and 8x7 kitchen with floral countertops).

@Zoe Lee if my potential tenant had 100k of student loans I’d take that any day over 100k worth of credit card, auto or some frivolous debt.

Logistics, Auto, Healthcare, Tech, Transportation, State and local govt, Tourism, Music, Sports, etc.  

Watch for unauthorized transfers or large expenditures, frequent ATM withdrawals, personal credit cards paid with partner funds, advances on future pay, or reselling interests in the company.2.

Or a 0% credit card as long as you don't run the balances too high which impacts your credit score.
